Emergency Food Assistance Program

Application

Purpose: To provide one-time food assistance in the form of a $100 gift card or $100 worth of food for food emergencies.

 

Who We Serve

Families of low-income or at-risk students who are in immediate need of food assistance but do not have access to school or community pantry resources. This support can be provided one time during the year so social workers can give families’ immediate relief while find them more long-term solutions.

What We Provide

$100 worth of food or a $100 eGift Card to one of the following store:

  • Walmart

How to Refer

Click the “Application” button above to refer a family. Please make sure to have an email address that can be accessed on a smart phone that can display a barcode. Families without emails or phones can be submitted for physical gift cards only. Physical gift cards will be send to the SSW through district mail.
